$1,300 will be the minimum, opening bid when this map is auctioned on Sept. 21

This is due partly to the fact that it has the lighthearted, artistic feel of a theme park map, but mostly because it is one of only 3 known copies in the world. The other 2 are at the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, and the Boston Public Library.
