When Wizzo’s mom lived in Barcelona,
he and Pennie flew there to hang out with her for a few days.
While they were there, they walked La Ramblas,
the famous artisan-filled ramble to the sea.
One of the principal distinctions of La Ramblas is its living statues,
motionless actors who decorate La Ramblas for the tips of
passers-by. Hence, the Gracias sign at the foot of Quixote.
This 2 ft. x 3 ft oil by Gabriel Picart can be found in
the tower at Wizard Academy, right where it belongs,
because we all know someone who thinks he’s Don Quixote,
don’t we?
Why do I say these things?
The wizard is not going
to be happy with me.
