These guys are in Puglia, the heel of Italy’s high-heeled boot.
The year is 1958. They were having a discussion about the best way to cook San Remo shrimp. I told them that any fool can cook shrimp, but it takes a real Superuomo to cook eggplant, because eggplant is worthy food. Now they’re trying to decide if they agree with me.
