I’ve been trying to learn who took this photo of Pennybacker Bridge in Austin on the same day the intrepid Dave Young was climbing onto the Stardeck, but so far I have been unsuccessful. The largest of those icicles is about 2 feet in diameter and 20 feet long. Not something that you want dropping on your head like a Chinese spy balloon. – Indy Beagle
